Robert W. Leonard, Leasing Solutions

Mr. Leonard graduated in 1981 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 1986 he completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Leonard started his professional career in 1981 as an analyst, then loan officer, for Comerica Bank’s International Department – Asia Division. After receiving his MBA Mr. Leonard moved to the Diversified Financing Operations of Ford Credit serving as an Investment Officer for leveraged lease investments. Here he was primarily involved in the financing of commercial aircraft for foreign and domestic airlines.

In 1989, Mr. Leonard joined Michigan National Bank to start and manage the Equipment Leasing Department. During his tenure the middle-market lease portfolio grew to more than $130 million. In 1994, Mr. Leonard was promoted to Director in charge of the Private Banking and Personal Trust departments of Michigan National Bank. There Mr. Leonard had responsibility for more than $200 million in related loans and $1.0 billion in managed investment assets.

In 1998, Mr. Leonard joined Harrison Capital Corporation ("HCC"), a strategic partner of T&E Capital. HCC specializes in highly structured equipment leases and other financings. Mr. Leonard remains a managing director of HCC and helped HCC grow in to a boutique investment bank well recognized in the equipment leasing industry with access to a very broad spectrum of lease providers.

Mr. Leonard has more than 20-years of asset-based lending and lease finance experience. He has financed a broad range of assets in a wide variety of industries involving leveraged leases, partnership structure, debt financings and principal transactions. Of late, Mr. Leonard has structured and arranged numerous transactions including:

· Injection molding equipment and material transfer systems
· Moveable equipment fleet leases
· Steel stamping presses
· Automated assembly lines
· Real estate financings
· Portfolio sales
